Account Login/Signup Using Google – Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Portal
Open your browser and visit: https://portal.thetruehosting.in/index.php?rp=/login
2. Access the Login/Signup Page
- You will see the Login screen with the option to log in using your Email & Password.
- You can also choose Sign Up to create a new account.
3. How to Login/Signup with Google
- On the login page, look for the “Sign in with Google” button.
- Click on it.
4. Select Your Google Account
- A pop-up window will appear asking you to choose your Google account.
- If you are already signed in to Google, just select your account.
- If not, enter your Google email address and password.
5. Account Linking & Redirection
- After a successful login, your WHMCS account will be linked with your Google account.
- If this is your first time logging in, you may need to complete a quick registration process.
- If already linked, you will be redirected directly to your Client Area Dashboard.
6. What to Do If You Face Errors
- If you see “This account is already connected to an existing account”, it means your Google account is already linked somewhere else.
→ In this case, contact support or use another Google account. - For other errors, retry logging in or click Contact Support.
7. Logging Out & Logging In Again
- To log out, click the Logout button at the top of the portal.
- To log back in, simply click Sign in with Google again.

- Google Sign-In is secure and fast — no need to remember another password.
- If login fails, clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
- Enable Two-Step Verification in your Google account for extra security.
